The The barrel retains most of its original blue. The lever is a plum blue brown. The receiver, hammer & butt plate all retain most of their original rainbow case colors. The wood on the gun is excellent plus & has a very sharp & clear U.S. Inspectors Cartouche on it. The bore & action are both excellent plus in the gun. This Is A Very Untouched & Excellent Throughout 1859 Sharps Conversion Carbine!
